FOX RIDGE COMPUTERS provides FREE diagnosis, 90-day warranty on repairs and we don't fix it there's no charge to you.
We've been using this process for years with thousands of satisfied customers. Our technicians carefully examine your device and determine if we can help. If an estimate is needed for parts we'll contact you for your permission before beginning any repair.
1.
DEVICE CHECK-IN
One of our friendly staff members will check your device into our repair system and create a ticket. We just need you to bring any required power cords and describe the problems you are experiencing.
3.
ESTIMATE (IF NEEDED)
If parts are required for your repair we'll put together an estimate if any costs that may be required above our normal repair fee. We won't proceed with any repair until we've received your approval.
2.
DIAGNOSIS
One of our technicians will review the ticket and your device and try to determine if we are able to make the necessary repairs.
4.
REPAIR
Once your repair is complete, we'll contact you about picking your device.
